Getting help
If you need help with ScanFile, email chenglin@growlabsllc.com. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.
Purchases
Subscriptions and App Store purchases are managed through your Apple ID. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under Apple ID, Subscriptions.
Privacy
ScanFile stores scanned documents locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
